Lauren Vied Allen is a Mexican-American photographer, motion director and stylist focused on food and travel as a means of gaining a larger understanding of the cultural identities that surround her. Lauren splits her time between commercial work for food + beverage brands, capturing restaurants and their restaurateurs, and capturing beautiful recipe setups for the latest cookbooks.
